If you are using TakeOne on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

TakeOne is a SaaS platform for online course instructors that provides tools for writing lesson scripts, recording with a built-in teleprompter, tracking progress, and generating course content with AI.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without their permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

TakeOne offers a paid Pro subscription at $19/month or $190/year, billed in advance. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Pro features until that date.

AI generation features require credits purchased separately. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how payment data is handled.

The TakeOne platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TakeOne and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

You retain full ownership of the course content, scripts, and materials you create using TakeOne. By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to provide you with our services.

You agree not to use TakeOne to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.

TakeOne is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TakeOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use TakeOne ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
